Childminders
As a childminder it is your responsibility to make your home safe and prevent accidents, as well as keeping children safe when you are out and about.
The EYFS requires you to carry out risk assessments to show the actions you take to help keep children safe.
Nursery and pre-school settings
Trained, competent managers or supervisors will usually be the “Responsible person” in charge of risk assessments in these settings
